Welcome to the School of Theological Studies @ Missional University!

Some have said, "If you take missions out of the Bible, you won't have anything left but the covers." The Bible is a missional text. It is the story of God on mission to redeem his creation, drawing men and women from every tribe, tongue, people, and language into His kingdom.  And all Christians are sent by God to join in his mission in the world.

Our Motto:  Service in the Mission of God
"I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God's grace given me through the working of his power."
Ephesians 3:7 (NIV)

At Missional University we believe that a Biblical theology of mission is more than a core course. It is foundational to the University’s purpose and curriculum. Compelled by that foundation, the School of Theological Studies is committed to sound teaching in Scripture and doctrine, always in light of God’s missional purpose. As a student in the School of Theological Studies you will learn how to read the entire Bible missionally - from the heart of a missional God who invites us to participate in his redemptive mission and who sends us as a source of blessing to all peoples of the world. Furthermore, as a student, you will be taught, challenged, and equipped with a missional view of Scripture, history, theology, and ethics, all with a view of deepening your character and growing your ministry.

The School of Theological Studies has programs that lead to a Certificate in Theological Studies, an Associate of Theological Studies degree, a Bachelor of Theological Studies (completion) degree, and a Master of Theological Studies.  Graduates will be able to apply the scripture to the missional task, teach others missional theology, and apply the scriptures to contemporary social issues.
